Shipping policy

Currently, we ship only to US, New Zealand, UAE, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, EU and EFTA countries.

All our made-to-order products are crafted in workshops in Portugal, taking usually 14 business days for manufacturing. After that, your order will be shipped and, depending on your country, it might take between 2 to 6 business days for your order to get to you. After completing your purchase, you will receive your order number by email. Once your order is picked up at our workshop, you will receive the tracking link by email.

The shipping cost is based on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout. Taxes and duties for orders outside the EU are not included in the final price. Customers with shipping addresses outside the EU are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.


RETURNS

Although all our products are made-to-order, we offer free returns within 14 days after you receive your order. Please note that we are not able to supply return shipping labels. The costs of returning the product (i.e. shipping) are borne by the buyer. 

You can return your product for store credit (i.e. gift card), a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. However, you will need to contact us by e-mail (hello@mogshadegolf.com), within 14 days after you receive your order. Returns without express prior authorisation via e-mail or after 14 days may not be accepted. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned. 

Please be aware that this right to return only occurs if the products:
  • Have not been washed or used;
  • Maintain their original features, including the tag labels, and the packaging is not damaged (packages that have been carefully opened are not considered as damaged);
  • Have not been tampered with.
If you choose to return an item, please mention in your email what is your chosen return option between store credit, exchange or refund. 

In case of a refund, this will be made through the same method of payment used in the original order, once the return is received and validated in our warehouse. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

If the delivery of the order to the customer is not successful due to a lack of cooperation on the part of the customer (e.g. wrong telephone number, wrong address, absence at the address, non-compliance with local legislation), the order will be returned to Mogshade Golf Lda with customer charges (including any fees and customs duties). These fees will be deducted from any refund.
