Shipping policy

Currently, we ship only to US, New Zealand, UAE, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, EU and EFTA countries.

All our made-to-order products are crafted in workshops in Portugal, taking usually 14 business days for manufacturing. After that, your order will be shipped and, depending on your country, it might take between 2 to 6 business days for your order to get to you. After completing your purchase, you will receive your order number by email. Once your order is picked up at our workshop, you will receive the tracking link by email.

The shipping cost is based on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout. 

For orders within the European Union, VAT is included where applicable and there are no customs charges.

Starting on June 18 2026 at 9AM CET, for orders to the United States, import duties and customs handling fees are included at checkout, so your parcel can arrive without surprise FedEx customs charges. 

For orders outside the EU and the United States, local duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country’s authorities or by the courier on delivery. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.


RETURNS

Although many of our products are made after your order is placed, we accept returns within 14 days after you receive your order.

Please note that we are not able to supply return shipping labels. Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order, the cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. To request a return, please contact us by email at hello@mogshadegolf.com within 14 days after receiving your order. Returns without express prior authorisation by email, or returns requested after 14 days, may not be accepted.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please be aware that returns are accepted only if the products:

  • have not been washed or used;
  • maintain their original features, including tags and labels;
  • are returned with their original packaging, provided that carefully opened packaging will not be considered damaged;
  • have not been tampered with.

When requesting a return, please mention in your email whether you would prefer store credit, an exchange, or a refund.

In case of a refund, this will be made through the same payment method used in the original order once the return is received and validated.

For EU/EFTA consumers exercising their legal right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery cost available for the original order, where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive shipping option chosen by the customer are not refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with the order.

For US orders, import duties and customs handling are included at checkout so your parcel can arrive without surprise FedEx customs charges. If a US order is returned for reasons unrelated to a defect or mistake on our side, the original shipping cost is not refundable. In addition, a non-refundable US import cost of $30 per order will be deducted from the refund. This covers import duties, taxes, and customs handling paid on your behalf.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to a lack of cooperation by the customer, including an incorrect telephone number, incorrect address, absence at the delivery address, failure to collect the parcel, or non-compliance with local import requirements, the order may be returned to Mogshade Golf Lda. Any return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, carrier fees, or other costs charged to us in connection with the failed delivery will be deducted from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.
