Currently, we ship only to US, New Zealand, UAE, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, EU and EFTA countries.

All our made-to-order products are crafted in workshops in Portugal, taking usually 14 business days for manufacturing. After that, your order will be shipped and, depending on your country, it might take between 2 to 6 business days for your order to get to you.

After completing your purchase, you will receive your order number by email. Once your order is picked up at our workshop, you will receive the tracking link by email.

The shipping cost is based on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout. 

For orders within the European Union, VAT is included where applicable and there are no customs charges.

Starting on June 18 2026 at 9AM CET, for orders to the United States, import duties and customs handling fees are included at checkout, so your parcel can arrive without surprise FedEx customs charges.

For orders outside the EU and the United States, local duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country’s authorities or by the courier on delivery. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please allow a maximum of 14 working days. We are a small business, based on a handmade-to-order model.

We don't ship to the UK. However, you can find a selection of our products at Club72 and at Soft Hands Club.

Yes, you can find our products in Tokyo at Knee Deep, in Portugal at Terras da Comporta golf course, in Spain at Smyle Golf, in Finland at Peuramaa golf course, and in the U.S. at Long Weekend Golf Club and at Bentgrass Golf Supply. We are continuously expanding our presence in more golf shops. Stay tuned!

All our collections are limited. That being said, we might be able to restock some fabrics. Reach out should you have a specific wish and we will do our best to find a solution.

All products on display are handcrafted. As such, it is not possible to guarantee that they will always be exactly the same as depicted in the images. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that the manual work is unrepeatable and unique, as well as the fabrics we use.

All our products are locally cut, sewn and packed in Lisbon, Portugal.

All the components (e.g. fabrics, threads, labels) are made and sourced in Portugal, with the exception of some of our polar fleece lining and outer shells of our Big Cat and Frostbound collections which are sourced in France. 

All our headcovers and pouches are made with natural, deadstock, offcut, recycled and/or upcycled fabrics and materials, with the exception of our internal sewing elastics and threads.

Our socks are made of 75% combed cotton, 22% recycled polyamide and 3% elastane.

Our t-shirt is made of 100% organic cotton.
